• Offer copy trading, mirror trading, or auto-trading services

All trading actions are:

• Initiated manually by the user
• Executed solely through the user’s own brokerage account
• Performed at the user’s sole discretion and risk

Selecting trade parameters, including volume, is entirely the responsibility of the user.

4. Third-Party Brokers, Signal Providers & White-Label Platforms

Trading Bull technology and content may be made available through:

• Third-party brokers
• White-labeled applications
• Introducing brokers
• Independent signal providers or affiliates

Trading Bull:

• Does not control, verify, supervise, or endorse any third-party brokers or signal providers
• Does not recommend or promote any specific third party
• Has no responsibility for third-party content, services, or regulatory status

All third parties operate independently and remain solely responsible for their content, services, and compliance obligations.

5. Authentication & Account Data Usage

Users may be required to authenticate using trading account identifiers or credentials provided to their broker.

Such credentials are used solely to:

• Authenticate users
• Grant access to content and features
• Enable client-initiated trade interactions on the user’s own account

Trading Bull:

• Does not have discretionary authority
• Does not control or manage accounts
• Cannot place, modify, or cancel trades

6. User Activity Tracking & Analytics

• Use Trading Bull services to create competing products, services, signal offerings, or trading tools.

All Trading Bull content, data, and outputs are provided for personal, non-transferable use only, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Any unauthorized use constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate termination of access, legal action, and claims for damages.

17. Market Commentary & Financial Risk Disclosure

All information provided is for informational purposes only and does not constitute investment advice, a solicitation, or a recommendation to trade.

Trading leveraged products involves significant risk and may result in losses exceeding deposits.

18. Performance Metrics & Simulated Data

Use of the services is entirely at your own risk.
