FAQs
What pain points do we solve?

Most brokers work hard to get clients through the door but do nothing to keep them in, resulting in high client turnover and low trading volumes. We provide specialised real-time market commentary, trade ideas, and news to support your clients’ trading, improve their trading experience, and boost client engagement.

How do we boost client engagement?

We support your clients with their biggest problem: how to make money trading the financial markets. If this crucial problem is not fixed, then no offers of low spreads, best customer support, free VPS, etc., will keep them trading with you.

How are we different to your typical signal providers?

Most brokers’ signal providers publish too many signals, causing confusion and providing no urgency to trade. They fail to explain the reasons behind buying or selling recommendations, thereby increasing stress. Moreover, with a success rate for trade ideas at around 45%, losing streaks of 3-4 days is common. This causes most new traders to quickly abandon these services. We suggest that brokers using these providers review their usage statistics.

Contrastingly, Trading Bull adopts a real-time market analysis approach, integrating technical analysis and fundamental insights to pinpoint the highest-probability trading ideas. This methodology clarifies the reasons behind our bullish or bearish stances and instils a sense of urgency to act due to the timely nature of these insights. Consequently, clients have a clearer understanding of their trades, fostering a more compelling and better trading experience.

How are we different to news providers?

Our market commentary stands out because analysts, not journalists, craft it. This ensures our insights are precise, actionable, and free from spam. In contrast, many news providers aim to boost their Google News rankings through a broad, unfocused approach to increase traffic and sell ad space to brokers. Such strategies often employ journalists without trading experience, leading to lower-quality trade insights. Also, it is usually too late to trade when their content is published, as they need to follow SEO strategies. As a result, their content is less engaging and less helpful for your clients, and you will not see a boost in client engagement.

How do you support MetaTrader brokers?

Our content is delivered through a MetaTrader Expert Advisor (EA). Brokers have the flexibility to select the trading servers on which the EA operates and can set minimum balance requirements.

Does Trading Bull allow my analysts to host live webinars via MetaTrader?

Yes. If you safelist our servers, we can load your client portal directly via the EA, allowing your clients to top up their accounts and make other changes to their trading accounts directly from the trading platform.

What’s our experience with typical broker solutions for enhancing client engagement?

At ATFX, Amana Capital, and ThinkMarkets, Alejandro Zambrano was responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and promoting the typical signal and news providers used by brokers today. Dalila performed the same role at Equiti. Alejandro also promoted these services through webinars, offline events, newsletters, and had access to usage data and client feedback to identify the strengths and weaknesses of these services. Using these insight, he built a better service: Trading Bull.
